What is a WallBuster made of?

WallBusters are printed on a unique vinyl photographic paper that is laminated to make it strong enough to resist liquids and tears, yet light enough to adhere to a flat surface like a wall without any adhesives. Unlike a sticker, a WallBuster can be removed without harming the graphic or the wall's finish.

How are WallBusters different from competing products?

What do I need to order a WallBuster?

You need a great digital image, a high-speed Internet connection, and a Visa or Mastercard.

How do I put a WallBuster on the wall?

When you receive your WallBuster, unroll it and allow it to lay flat. Make sure the wall is big enough to hang your WallBuster. Wipe down the wall with a wet washcloth and allow the surface to dry completely. Carefully remove the backing paper. Then, starting at the top, gently touch the WallBuster to the surface with your fingertips. Make sure the WallBuster is hanging straight, then gently push any folds or air pockets from the center toward the outside edges using a squeegy or soft towel.

How do I move a WallBuster from one wall to another?

Prepare the next surface as you did before. The area must be smooth, clean and large enough to hang your WallBuster. Slowly and gently pull the WallBuster away from the wall, then hang it on the new surface.

How do I store a WallBuster?

Lay out the backing paper or sheets of wax paper on a flat surface large enough to accommodate the WallBuster. Gently pull the WallBuster away from the wall, then lay it image face-up on the paper. Make sure that there are no folds or creases in the vinyl. Flip the WallBuster over and loosely roll it up with the image facing outward. Put it in the original cardboard shipping tube to protect your WallBuster while in storage.

What size image file do you need?

The final quality of your WallBuster absolutely depends on the quality of image file you send to us. Start by making sure you use at least a 3.5 megapixel camera set to "highest" or "fine" quality. If the image you send us is over 1,000Kb (1Mb) in size and you do not change, crop or resize the original file from the camera, you'll be fine.

Any tips for making a good WallBuster?

A vertical (portrait) full-body shot against a high-contrast background makes the best final graphic. Fill the entire frame with the subject taking care not to crop the subject’s head, hands or feet. For smaller subjects like pets and children the photograph should be taken at their eye level.

Why is contrast between the subject and the background important?

WallBusters are trimmed around the subject, therefore, an image that started out with a light colored background looks best on a light-colored wall and conversely, a light subject against a dark background works best on a dark colored wall.

My WallBuster doesn't stay up. What went wrong?

A WallBuster will only stay up on a clean, flat wall. If your WallBuster starts to peel away from the wall, you should remove it, clean the wall with a damp cloth, and try to hang it again.

Is your site secure?

Your personal information is gathered on a secure server when you place your order, then immediately moved to a second server behind a firewall. Your credit card information is never stored in a database accessible from the Internet. Once your WallBuster is printed and shipped, we bill your credit card, then immediately delete all your credit card and billing information from our system. We've processed literally tens of thousands of credit card transactions over the years, and we've never lost one yet.

How long does it take to ship a WallBuster?

Most WallBusters are printed within 48 hours after we receive your order, and are sent out via UPS Monday through Friday. Depending on where you live, UPS typically delivers packages within 3-7 days depending on your location. Typically, WallBusters are received within 10 days of the date the order was placed.

How do I track my order?

If you haven't received your WallBuster within 10 days, send us an e-mail and we'll track it down for you.

Will you ship to a P.O. box?

Unfortunately we cannot ship to a P.O. Box at this time.

Will you ship outside the United States?

Currently we are shipping anywhere in the U.S. or Canada only.

What kind of warranty do you have?

We warranty the WallBuster to be delivered to you free of defects in workmanship. Every WallBuster is hand-inspected and professionally packaged before it leaves the lab. If the WallBuster packaging is crushed, refuse the package, notify us within 48 hours, and another will be shipped immediately. (Note – the images are deleted after 48 hours). If the WallBuster is damaged inside the package and you opened it, notify us within 48 hours, ship it back to us postage-paid via UPS or US-Mail, and we'll send out another one ASAP.

Do you have a Money-back guarantee?

Yes, because frankly, our customers never ask for their money back! We've been printing digital photos for over a decade, so our staff knows if a digital image will make a print acceptable to our customers. If we cannot make a good print, we'll send you an e-mail describing the problem and delete the image and your order information. We will not bill your credit card.

However, it is possible that the quality of the WallBuster print simply doesn't meet your expectations. We understand, and we want you to be happy. We only ask that:

• You contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the WallBuster
• The WallBuster is not removed from the original backing paper
• The WallBuster is returned to us postage-paid via UPS or US-Mail
